You need to send the batcorder back for repairs?
You have a defective batcorder or defective microphone for recalibration that you want to send to us? We kindly ask you to fill out the retour form and send it with the device or microphone to us.
If you are outside the EU you also need to follow these instructions. Otherwise we do not get proper customs clearance and have to invoice all occurring charges.

30-day trial version with all features that can be transformed to full version. To use it beyond the 30 day trial time you'll need a license file.
